- Shows "Triggered by: PlayerName" in death message
- Protection count now excludes the trigger player (fixed double counting)
- Protection messages only show when protection system is enabled
- Fixed bug where the triggering player would die twice (once from their actual death, then again from the global death event)
- Triggering player is now excluded from the global death sequence
Changes made:
- Added filter to exclude the triggering player when counting affected players
- Added check in the kill loop to skip the player who originally died
