The Expiration System introduces a streamlined process for managing user requests to ensure timely responses and maintain server security. When a user submits a request, it begins a 48-hour countdown. If no action is taken within this period, the request automatically expires and is removed from the system, preventing lingering unresolved requests.

If the request is accepted by staff within the initial 48 hours, the expiration timer resets to 24 hours. This additional period provides staff with sufficient time to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve the issue effectively. During this 24-hour window, staff have ongoing access to the server to carry out necessary actions.

Once the 24 hours have elapsed without further updates or resolution, staff automatically lose access to the server associated with that request. Subsequently, the request is automatically deleted from the system, ensuring that outdated or inactive requests do not clutter the workflow. This system enhances efficiency by automating request management, reducing manual oversight, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

  • Red for denied requests
• Added a search feature for the Staff Team to quickly locate servers and improve workflow.
