#StellarClient v2.0.0 - The Performance & UI Overhaul
Welcome to the biggest update in StellarClient history! This version completely redesigns the launcher from the ground up to provide a stunning user experience, built-in Modrinth integration, and aggressive engine optimizations to give you the highest possible frame rates in Minecraft.
###Highlights & New Features
###
- Brand New Interface: A sleek, dark-themed, glassmorphism UI with a responsive tabbed layout (Mods, Shaders, Textures, Settings).
- In-Launcher Content Hub: Browse, search, and install Mods, Shaders, and Texture Packs directly from Modrinth without ever leaving the launcher!
- Smart Asset Syncing: The launcher now automatically handles dependencies and caches your downloaded files so you never download the same mod twice.
- Cancel Launch Support: Need to abort? The Launch button now turns into a "Cancel Launch" button that lets you instantly interrupt Java streaming and mod syncing.
Aggressive Game Optimizations
We’ve rewritten the engine startup sequence to squeeze every last drop of performance out of your hardware:
###
- Aikar's JVM Flags: Automatically injects the highly optimized Aikar G1GC flags to eliminate micro-stutters and improve chunk generation.
- Dedicated GPU Forcing: The launcher forcefully modifies your Windows Registry to ensure Minecraft always uses your Dedicated High-Performance GPU instead of integrated graphics.
- Process Priority Override: The Java process is automatically elevated to "High Priority" in Windows to prevent background apps from stealing your CPU.
- Input Lag Reduction: Windows Fullscreen Optimizations are forcefully disabled at the registry level for
javaw.exeto minimize mouse input lag.Advanced Settings Engine
You now have full control over the engine:
- Customizable JVM Args: Assign custom minimum/maximum RAM limits and pass your own JVM arguments.
- Custom Java Path: Point the launcher to a custom JRE installation (with automatic
.exevalidation).- Display Configurations: Manually set your launch Resolution Width/Height and toggle Fullscreen mode directly from the launcher.
