Fixed hitlabel not working on reload

Property translations

Added the language translations for the despawn property

Ability Lang translations

Added the lang translations for the heal and vacuum pull abilities

Boss despawn prop

Added a property to stop bosses from despawning when you restart the server

Replaced metadata with pdc

Replaced metadata with persistent data containers for data lifetime after restart/reload. Abilities should now work after reload

Vacuum Pull ability

Added the Vacuum pull ability. This ability lets the boss pull all entities around it towards it
