Fixed creative mode bug with 1.20+ versions

- Fixed creative mode bug where items would start to disappear while in creative mode (in 1.20+ versions).

Folia support

- Added compatibility with Folia.

New config option

- added option to disable shift-click feature which shows info on all enchantments on the shift-clicked item. (shift_info)

Bug fix

- Fixed bug where plugin stopped working if Enchants Squared wasn't installed (which shouldn't happen, a very weird bug indeed it was)
- Added all permissions to operators by default
