HolographicDisplays support is only for the display of the holograms
AuthMe support is to give the offline rewards when the player successfully logs in

When 4.0 a full changelog will be created on the final commit and here.

Regions information:
The regions feature needs worldedit to work in order to select the area (1.8-1.16).
When the player is in a X region and a voteparty takes place he will simply not take a crate (he will take the voteparty rewards)
