Updated to the latest version of Vulcan

• Added a “cancel-hits” section to cancel hits/damage when cheating is detected
• Enabled keepalive kick, ghost block setback, and client brand alerts
• Violation reset now every 8 minutes (previously 10) with a confirmation message
