WHMCS Discord Account Link & Client Role v2.0

We are excited to release Version 2.0 of the WHMCS Discord Account Link module with powerful new features and improvements.


In the previous version, customers with an active service could link their Discord account with WHMCS and automatically receive the Customer role in the Discord server.

What’s New in v2.0​

Once a customer links their Discord account, they will now receive Direct Message (DM) notifications on Discord for important WHMCS events, including:

• Invoice Created
• Invoice Paid
• Invoice Due Reminder
• Service Suspension
• Service Termination
• Support Ticket Opened
• Support Ticket Replies

This helps customers stay instantly updated inside Discord without checking email.

Admin Webhook Notifications​

Admins can also receive real-time activity updates in Discord channels through webhooks, including:

• Discord account linking updates
• Role sync updates
• Customer activities and system events

Fully Configurable​

All features can be easily controlled through the configuration file, where you can:

• Enable or disable specific notifications
• Customize embed colors
• Toggle DM notifications
• Toggle admin webhook logs
