Bug Fixes & Layouts Rewrite

Fixed multiple performance issues.
Fixed an issue where number keys moved items from the bottom inventory to the top inventory in the kit editor menu.

Rewrote the entire kit layout system to store a file for each player in /data/player_layouts. All old layouts will be automatically migrated to the new format by the plugin on startup.

Fixed a bug where players could use their num keys to move items from their bottom to top inventory.

Improved the plugin start-up time to be more faster when our system's are down.

Added KitEditorOpenEvent and KitEditorMenuCreateEvent.
Added some new methods in PlayerKitsAPI related to armor.

Fixed an issue where players were able to move items from top inventory to bottom in the modern Kit Editor.
