added public read-only API
API exposes countdown to restart, cancellation, and manual stop and start triggers also fixed issue where boss bar would countdown in the background even before it displayed, causing it to be empty if, for example, it started counting down from 24 hours but only appeared at a minute until restart boss bar now only starts counting down when its displayed
