Are you looking to pay for these positions? No one worthwhile is going to dedicate themselves for a server that doesn't have a large established playerbase.

For these lower staff positions no but for higher tier staff positions like SrMod and above may be able to get paid! My plan was once i find staff capable of holding a position, I was gonna start using my sources to advertise aka youtubers who i cannot disclose due to there current contracts with other servers. Pretty much right now we are in the starting stages of a server, we wont be releasing till mid September to the beginning of October and basically getting things ready to take off if you know what i mean. Also if you go through my posts, you can find out what we are gonna do and how we are changing factions completely so to be honest the way we are doing factions should get people interested in applying for staff.

Why would a Sr. Moderator be paid? We were talking about the positions like H-Admin, Developer, or Manager.
Many factions servers say that they're unique but they really never are. I hardly doubt anyone would go through your posts to see what the server is about so please just say what it's about here, it's less stress. Anyways, good luck with the server.

This was my post about it!

About Us:
We are a new and upcoming factions server looking to give an experience never seen before. We wanna provide something that players can enjoy for entire seasons because we all know faction seasons tend to die towards the end. ZaroMC is introducing purges in factions while still giving the feeling of a fun normal faction server!


* What The Purge Is About *

Purging: A purge will only happen 3 times during a season, 1 time in the beginning, 1 time in the middle of the season and 1 time towards the end of the season. Purging will consist of allowing guns/grenades and more. Purging will also allow friendly fire and the option to purchase a ZaroPass and gain access to an enemy's base for a short amount of time!

Guns/Weapons: Guns and weapons such as light machine guns, sub-machine guns, pistols, grenades and more will be implemented into the world of factions. Having guns for an entire map would be kinda boring might i say BUT, we are only allowing guns during a purge which will give the feel of an actual purge!

How Long Is The Purging: A purge will last around 2-3 hours at a time depending on the situation!

Factions Experience: While all of this might go down, we still will be a normal server in between the purges and yes there will be a $1,000 PayPal F-TOP prize. Many features can include shards, enchanting ruins, throw-able creeper eggs, faction missions, faction points, faction upgrades, faction shields, fishing rewards, mining rewards, mob killing rewards, up-gradable spawners, quests, faction inspect and plenty more to be announced in the future!
