I’m currently building a custom Hytale server and looking for a dedicated Hytale mod developer to join the team full-time. We’re a small team of two developers right now, and I’m looking to bring on someone with some relevant experience.
Compensation would primarily be structured as a revenue share agreement (3-way split), with a server budget already set aside. I’m open to providing an initial upfront payment (a few hundred dollars) or periodic milestone-based payments, but I’m not looking to do hourly work or full payment upfront.
All terms are negotiable, but the main goal is to build long-term and split revenue upon server release.
