GENERAL
1.0 We reserve the right to refuse any order as long as any payments have not been made.

PAYMENTS1.1 We reserve the right to terminate any order as long as any payments have not been made.

2.0 Projects will not start until the payment is received.
2.1 All payments are done exclusively via PayPal G&S invoice system.
2.2 We require 100% upfront payment via PayPal before any project is started.
2.4 If project(s) is/are suspended for more than 2 weeks due the client not being able to pay any pending invoices(see 2.3)*, and we don't have any updates on his status and activity, the client will be considered as in-active and therefore the project(s) that he has ordered will be terminated.
REFUNDS, DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS2.1 All payments are done exclusively via PayPal G&S invoice system.
2.2 We require 100% upfront payment via PayPal before any project is started.
2.2.1 Projects above $100 USD may be done in 2 payments.
2.3 If the payment(s) is negotiated to be done in 2 or more payment(s) and the client overdue the negotiated timeframe, all work on the order(s) will seize until the pending invoice(s) have been paid.2.4 If project(s) is/are suspended for more than 2 weeks due the client not being able to pay any pending invoices(see 2.3)*, and we don't have any updates on his status and activity, the client will be considered as in-active and therefore the project(s) that he has ordered will be terminated.
2.4.1 If a project is suspended due in-activity of the client(see 2.4)* or the client fails to settle any pending partial payments on that project(see 2.3)*, we reserve full rights over it and the right to release it and distribute it in our favour as a free or paid resource under our name "SavagePanda".
3.0 Chargebacks are not allowed.
3.1 If the client opens a dispute, we reserve the right to suspend any and all of the client's project(s)/order(s).
3.2 If the client opens a dispute or makes a chargeback on a comission, product or service at any time and state of the provided "service(s)"(ongoing or completed), we reserve full right over these and the right to release it and distribute it in our favour as a free or paid resource under our name "SavagePanda".
3.3 If the client has opened any disputes on any transaction, refunds will only be provided at our discretion, and not in accordance with our refund policy.
3.4 Refund may be requested by the client using our contact option on our website or creating a ticket in our discord server.
3.5 Refunds can be offered under the following conditions:

3.2 If the client opens a dispute or makes a chargeback on a comission, product or service at any time and state of the provided "service(s)"(ongoing or completed), we reserve full right over these and the right to release it and distribute it in our favour as a free or paid resource under our name "SavagePanda".
3.3 If the client has opened any disputes on any transaction, refunds will only be provided at our discretion, and not in accordance with our refund policy.
3.4 Refund may be requested by the client using our contact option on our website or creating a ticket in our discord server.
3.5 Refunds can be offered under the following conditions:
3.5.1 Refunds may only be issued if the project is provided to the client 24h after the deadline.
3.5.1.1 Only partial refund will be made according on the delay of the project(s) in days.
4.0 If the server setup project contains any premium plugins the client is obligated to purchase them from the developer's redistribution site.
4.3 The client may not claim any product(s) made by us for their own.
4.0.1 If the server setup contains any premium plugins, after the completion of the project, the client will receive only the configured files without the plugin itself.
4.1 After the project(s) is/are started, the client may request only small changes to it. If the client wants to do any bigger changes, they will have to be done under new agreement(s).4.1.1 If a project is in ongoing state and the client wants to make changes to it, we may refuse/reject these under the initial agreement of the project.
4.2 Any redistribution, re-selling or sharing without our knowledge and permission of our product(s) is strictly forbidden.4.3 The client may not claim any product(s) made by us for their own.
