Hello MCM.

I am Preds, one of the managers at RetainedPvP, and we are currently recruiting staff members to join our shiny new practice PvP server.

The server is in beta mode and therefore isn’t fully complete nor has a substantial playerbase. Nonetheless, with staff members with an enthusiastic and determined mindset we can grow it to be a successful place for players to unite and enjoy our unique experience.

We’re searching for; Jr. Moderators, Moderators and a couple of admins. Our application process is easy, just fill out the form and submit it. We will reply back within a week of submission with the decision.

Before you make your application be aware that you should view our requirements which are:

Our goal is to gain a playerbase average 20-30 players daily. We need all the help we can get and with a good team I believe we can do it.

SERVER INFO

RetainedPvP is a practice server providing a heart-pounding, fast-paced player-verses-player experience. We are on our way to become unique, spending time and effort to bringing our players new, exciting updates every month as well as having a dedicated support system to tackle any issue a player may have.

We’ve kept our staff structure short and sweet; Owner, then manager, next Admin, Sr. Mod, Mod and finally Jr. Mod. Our simplistic approach to the structure of our team is to allow every staff member to have a chance to climb the ladder and not to be left unnoticed.

Terms and Conditions

· Introduction

1. These terms and conditions shall govern your procedure of the payments on MC-Market.

2. By buying/selling an item from/to myself (PredatorCookie), you accept these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not Buy or sell anything to or from myself.

3. You must be at least 13 years of age to Buy or sell any product or service; and by using our website or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you certify and represent to us that you at least 13 years of age or older.

· Payment

1. By buying or selling a product or service; and by agreeing to these terms and conditions you imply that you have full knowledge of the payment price and what you are buying/selling.

2. Refunds are not tolerated, by agreeing to these Terms and conditions you identify that if the service or product is faulty is no issue towards us/myself.

3. By buying or selling a product or service and agree to our terms and conditions you identify that using PayPal as your how you receive and send payments is the only way, otherwise you myself or yourself will not be making any transactions.

· Acceptable use

You must not:

a. use my service or other services involved in the transactions and build up to the transactions in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity;

b. use my service to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is liked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software;

c. You must not send data transmitted by myself or others of a recent transaction from the past 8 weeks of receiving payments;

d. You must ensure that all the information you supply to myself through skype or Private messaging, or any website with Direct/private messaging systems.

· Accounts and how to deal with issues.

1. To be eligible for an individual account on the MC market under where I am selling or buying a product or service you must be at least 13 years of age.

2. You must not allow any other person to use your account to access transactions or comment on any data sent.

3. You must notify myself on a private messaging service like Skype or twitter if you become aware of unauthorised use of your account around my area of use in the MC-Market website.

4. You must not use any one else’s account to bid or buy or sell a product or service in the region of where I buy/sell on MC-Market.

· User IDs and passwords

1. If you do not have an eligible password and username either its offensive or impolite, your transaction will be terminated.

2. You must keep your password confidential

3. You must notify us when you are aware of any disclosures of your password/email.

4. You are responsible for any activity on my MC-Market wall/post area out of any failure to keep your password confidential, and may be held liable for no future transactions and even being terminated.

· License

1. You are unable to duplicate files or Products of our creation for free to any one.

2. Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach and provision of these terms and conditions in any way, of if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms and conditions in any way, we may report and remove any posts or upcoming transactions.

3. If you also do not follow these terms and conditions we are able to post reviews and how your service was been to soon buyers/sellers about your areas of discontent.

· Rules

1. You warrant and represent that your content will comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Your content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any person's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action against any person (in each case in any jurisdiction and under any applicable law).

3. Must agree to my terms and conditions, if unable to there will be no transactions be making made and will be instantly terminated.

· Ruptures of these terms and conditions

1. Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms and conditions in any way, we may:

(a) Send you one or more formal warnings;

(b) Temporarily suspend your access to buy or sell anything in my region of mc-market;

(c) Permanently prohibit you from accessing the region of mc-market;

(d) Contact any or all of your internet service providers and request that they block your access to our website;

(e) Commence legal action against you, whether for rupture of contract or otherwise; and/or

(e) Report your account and refer the poor service by yourself to the Admins of the website.
