While PurPLeEPiC kept reposting his plugin need, other people that were not responded to just waited. Unless, correct me if I am wrong, they did get it? Then I have no rebuttal if so

A plugin that can be run without having the be online as long as the server running.
You can select a region, through commands, sort of how worldborder works. In that region it will remove every block above an air block between Y: 60 - 65. Excluding certain blocks, like a log or leave, if there is air below it it won't remove the block. If you understand this.. Haha, also, willing to put in money if required, or tip you.

What I want: This plugin is like a title plugin, but you can make your own titles and other stuff. You can give titles out and Have fun with them.

Aschorren is quite the man. I was definitely astounded by the fact that he was offering free development services. After accepting a complex plugin request, he kindly took his time and did it for our network free of charge. I've saved nearly $150 in paid fees.

I'd like a plugin based on gambling for my KitPvP server.
So I need it to work with a gui(I think it's when you press a command it opens up a custom inventory) and signs.
You have the ability to either, deposit, gamble or withdraw.
After you hit deposit, you choose a number from 50 up to 9999+ and after you do that it removes that amount from your /bal and it puts that exact amount on your gamble-bank. (It'd be nice if there were fees, like 3% fees etc)
After you hit withdraw, you type any amount 50-9999+ and it withdraws that amount from the gamble-bank (the ones you deposited and won)
After you hit gamble make it start spinning, you can either, win x5 the amount u deposited (7% chance) or x2 (20%) or 1.5x(30%) or lose all (43%) *Works kinda like the souls thingy on Hypixel's SkyWars*

Plugin Information: Attached to WorldGuard, automatically removes kits when you go into a certain area.
Example: Player 1 has the highest donator ranks and most op kits, Player 2 is not a donator and has no OP kits, have a spot where both players can go, and fight against everyone with only the allowed kits in that area.
Permissions:
cKit.allow.kit.<kitname>
cSet.area
cBypass.kits
cKit.disable.kit.<kitname>
Plugin may seem hard hope you're up for the challenge would be a great help if you can!
