Greetings,

My name is Remi Barna i am here trying to find any sort of server to become staff on. Now i am looking for a paid Position. I could care less if its. Helper, Mod, Admin, Manager. I am just looking for a server to expand my talents in.

I am AMAZING in customer support. I believen 2 things when becoming staff on any server. That is 24/7 support and making sure everyone has a great time. I have hosted a Factions server with Drugs and Guns for over a year and a half. We were a pretty successful server and donations were just flawless. I was on more then 14 hours a day. I was always active in chat. And not just because i was owner that everyone recognized me and wanted me to take care of there issues, But because im more online then any other staff, I am very mature. And i am very fair and stick by the rules.

I am looking for be staff on 1 server only. Frankly because i will be on that 1 server almost all the time and the only thing i will be doing is Eating, Sleeping. and starting all over. You will be surprised on how i work.

Payment can be discussed in PM You will only get my skype, Discord, Teamspeak if / when we make a deal. So that i wont have random people bothering on my other personal accounts. I do have a microphone. I am currently 17 i turn 18 in November. If you need anymore information about me please let me know. I will be happy to answer anyones questions. If you have a Factions and Hardcore Factions server for me. I much rather choose that position as those kinds of server is where i got all my known training from.

No one in their right mind pays for any help positions. Graphics, builders, developers, sure.
But something where you just have to play on the server and watch over players? That's not worth pay. Sorry. Good luck though~

I know a lot of servers that use to pay there staff for those kinds of positions.

Money-hungry staff members are never dedicated enough.

I for sure am.

By my work schedule. I'm not getting another real life part time job until school starts. So why not make some cash off some stuff I'm good at.

Take this into consideration. If people are spending multiple hours helping staff, players and even the server out they simply get payed. For example HCTeams (most popular HCF server) starts paying their staff members from mod+ I believe.

Don't think you are going to find anyone just willing to give you a paying staff position from a market forum. I can't tell if this is a joke or not.

I said experience not an experience. Definitely not enough for you to get a paid position at a bigger network. Also, you mean server not servers. Don't white lie to make your statement look better over others.

I'm sure someone wants to hire someone who can't take constructive criticism and when it's given to them they get frustrated.
