Thanks !Best of luck on finding a server that'll pay you for those listed positions. I don't entirely see a server paying their staff, usually it's volunteer work. If I had a server I surely wouldn't pay them I would consider it being volunteer work therefore they can come on whenever they want. But anything is possible, I hope you find your way to a paying server.
I also don't know if bigger Minecraft servers pay their staff. Maybe a sort of affiliate program would work best, if you get a player to donate on your link then you get a percentage of the moneyI don't think that's possible with Buycraft or MinecraftMarket.
Especially for a helper rank, I know other people are commenting about this. I can almost assure you no one will pay you for being a helper.
I understand you are more interested in actually setting a deal but others and me are just giving opinions.

Yes i understand were you're coming from but i have alot more experience under my belt and i'm a very dedicated staff member then any other staff out there. So i rather get paid to something im good at.

Thats something i wanted to talk to the Owner privately as some people get different bills on there server, But i expect weekly, If not then that is fine by me. I think negotiation is key

Not really, Its basically like customer support and i'm really good with that, I do what the Owner or anyone whos in charge of me and i just do it and get paid for it.

Im sure there server has grown to the point where they can find better people or dont feel the need to pay there staff anymore and that is perfectly fine with me. Is there a difference in pay between those ranks you would receive?
Not really, I don't mind what my rank is, I expect a good high one because i could keep the server as clean as possible from spammers, Hackers, etc while the other staff is off. It will allow me to do things on my own then ask the others to say "Hey ban this user for me", "Hey mute this user for me" Just gets the job done faster and i get to get off the other higher staffs hair.

I don't see a need for promotion unless it gives me more perks to help out the server a bit more with my skills, Like if i did not have access to clearchat, Or mute or ban i think those are needed so that i can stay away from bothering the others staff, Basically the same answer as i stated above.

I use to be a Mod on this big server called Biocraft its on the MCM Avdertising Page now but this was 2 years ago when it was big, Right now it only has a good 30 players on a day when before it got 100 and it was just full out factions, I been staff on my own when it got 15-20 on daily, I been staff on alot of my friends when theres was pretty big like mine, But all of them are down so an IP would be pointless to say

Unfortunately alot of people who asked are just starting out and dont have much profit for there staff, The other down side is its not enough to get me excited, I will be moving onto making a server with my own friend and do everything my way and create another successful server.
