Greetings,

My name is Remi Barna i am here trying to find any sort of server to become staff on. Now i am looking for a paid Position. I could care less if its. Helper, Mod, Admin, Manager. I am just looking for a server to expand my talents in.

I am AMAZING in customer support. I believen 2 things when becoming staff on any server. That is 24/7 support and making sure everyone has a great time. I have hosted a Factions server with Drugs and Guns for over a year and a half. We were a pretty successful server and donations were just flawless. I was on more then 14 hours a day. I was always active in chat. And not just because i was owner that everyone recognized me and wanted me to take care of there issues, But because im more online then any other staff, I am very mature. And i am very fair and stick by the rules.

I am looking for be staff on 1 server only. Frankly because i will be on that 1 server almost all the time and the only thing i will be doing is Eating, Sleeping. and starting all over. You will be surprised on how i work.

Payment can be discussed in PM You will only get my skype, Discord, Teamspeak if / when we make a deal. So that i wont have random people bothering on my other personal accounts. I do have a microphone. I am currently 17 i turn 18 in November. If you need anymore information about me please let me know. I will be happy to answer anyones questions. If you have a Factions and Hardcore Factions server for me. I much rather choose that position as those kinds of server is where i got all my known training from.

So just some generic questions... Any proof that you were staff on those server? Are those servers still up? What's the minimum you will accept? How do you want to get paid, per hour or weekly? Other than support (Which is a really generic and overused statement) what can you offer? If another server offered you higher pay would you move?

Yes. Helper is generally a rank that you are moved to while you're training to become a moderator. If you don't like the server and wouldn't like to help it, then don't apply or contact them in the first place.

As he stated he already has the skills as a moderator if you actuality read the post.

As I stated in the comments, I have witnesses for proof, some of the servers are up. My big server is no longer up. I sold that. My payment could be weekly does not really matter when I get my pay check. I just want the right amount that I deserve, to talk about how much that can be discussed in a PM because certain people have a lot of cash to give to there staff and some don't. And if another server offered me more. It really all depends if that other server is nicer. Better community and a better boss and gameplay. The money is not all I care about. I would like to have a few laughs with staff and etc. please let me know if I skipped any.

Take this into consideration. If people are spending multiple hours helping staff, players and even the server out they simply get payed. For example HCTeams (most popular HCF server) starts paying their staff members from mod+ I believe.

Thats a lie the MineHQ network does not pay any Moderator+'s they pay devs and plat admins. (Blitz aswell.)

This is business. There are no jokes in business. Your "Jokes" can be posted on the Off-topic or general discussions section. But there was no need to make a silly comment.

Best of luck on finding a server that'll pay you for those listed positions. I don't entirely see a server paying their staff, usually it's volunteer work. If I had a server I surely wouldn't pay them I would consider it being volunteer work therefore they can come on whenever they want. But anything is possible, I hope you find your way to a paying server.

I also don't know if bigger Minecraft servers pay their staff. Maybe a sort of affiliate program would work best, if you get a player to donate on your link then you get a percentage of the money I don't think that's possible with Buycraft or MinecraftMarket.

Especially for a helper rank, I know other people are commenting about this. I can almost assure you no one will pay you for being a helper.

I understand you are more interested in actually setting a deal but others and me are just giving opinions.
