Hi there!
My name is BearBuilds and I am the proud owner of MineWoods SMP. We are an SMP creating a welcoming and inviting LGBTQ+ SMP for the Minecraft community. We focus on creating a toxic-free community that is welcoming to all genders, races, and sexualities along with a simple vanilla SMP.
Currently, our community is kind of small, we average 5+ people online at all times which puts us on the side of a smaller community. We are constantly growing 5 to 10 unique joins a day. Every single player who joins is special and treated with welcoming arms and a lot of love. We try to make every single player feel unique and cared about.
Currently, I am in need of a development team. We do not have much money at the moment as I have not opened a store. I do plan on having a store open in the next few days as a way for players to show their support for the server. So as of right now, this job would be free. Now with that being said, that does not mean this will not get you money or be a paid job. After the store is opened this week and I get some of the updates out you would receive payment potentially every 2 weeks or sooner. The base of the job will be voluntary thought.

At night the community dies down but is at most active 10AM to 5PM EST but it can be different day to day but you can also check #ingame-lounge in the discord for proof of activity.
