What you need to do:
- Post commissions.

- Handle the ticket (questions, issues, etc).

- Make sure that the freelancer works professionally with the client and that they update their client.

- Build a connection with the client; collect feedback during the process of the ticket and after the ticket (what the freelancer did good, how you can improve, how the team can improve and what the freelancer needs to work on). If the client has any complaints about the freelancer, it is your responsibility to sort it/find a new freelancer. All that feedback needs to be logged in a channel where the management team can collect the data. Once that has all been confirmed, the commission manager will be paid.

Requirements:
- Previous experience (team management, support/human resources, server ownership, etc.)

- Maintain professionalism and calmness at all times.

- Active.

- Well spoken English (grammar).

Payment:
- 2.50% of the commission
