Hello MC-Market viewers!

INTRODUCTION

My name is Syrm, and I am one of the Founders of an upcoming multi game mode network called CubedMC which will be starting off with a Survival server targeting the 1.16.5 Minecraft version, and will be allowing higher versions to join. We're currently looking for some staffing positions to be taken for the grand opening of the server.

As we're looking for some roles, just to preface that all of these roles a voluntary and will not be salaried through a wage or freelance pay.

SERVER INFORMATION

We're expected to release some sort of server in the next coming months, if anyone who is interested in the project, they can contact me (Syrm#4327) on Discord to learn more about what is planned for the server. I'm looking forward to hearing from you all.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

HELPER (0/6) - Just like any ordinary Helper, they will be able to enjoy the game mode, but able to have permissions to mute anyone who is breaking the chat rules, and can take part in the quality assurance program which allows you to give your opinion and ideas to be added into the network.

MODERATOR (0/3) - A Moderator is expected to be online helping out with banning cheaters, directing Helpers, and being an all-round helpful staff member on the server. Same as the Helper role, a Moderator can also take part in the quality assurance program too.

MANAGEMENT Lower Priority (Required NDA Signing)

CM Manager (Community) (0/1) - We're looking for someone to create announcements on Discord, Forums, in-game, make polls and actively give ideas back to the people who can act on it. This is a face-of-the-server role, which means that if you're willing to take this position, then you would be the person who is the closest to the community before the Owner(s).


Staff Manager (0/1) - We are always going to be looking for new faces to join us on the staff team, and we need someone to fill out this role. We want someone who can respond to staff applications, take interviews, host open interviews and take the initiative to look for new staff members.

General Manager (1/1) - We're looking for a General Manager to make sure that all Managers are properly trained, they know what to do, and can act efficiently to help the server grow and stay friendly.

QA Manager (Quality Assurance) (1/1) - We're looking for a Manager to bring new quality assurance members into play, so we can make a unique experience for the players who enjoy Cubed as a community server. We believe that this is one of the most important positions as a server, and it's something which takes a lot of responsibility.

We've not yet gone through applications, but there seems to be an out weigh for Managers rather than Helpers/Moderators. Anyone is still welcome to apply for whatever though

If we believe your application was good enough to be accepted, but you applied for something which was taken, we will contact you. All management roles go through the same questions, it's just about what you would prefer to do!

All pending applications have been reviewed and issued a response to people who were yielded an interview. We're currently having an increased picking of Staff Manager. We advocate new applicants to select Moderator/Helper as when the interviews go through, their role may be fulfilled and left denied. Nonetheless, thank you all for applying!
