Hello, I sell the server files with the plugins that are shown below, permissions and everything are all set, you just have to change the name and upload it! I also offer support for it and help with most of the stuff. All of the server was made by me.

There are ~70 plugins but is really well optimized, you won't have to worry about RAM or
CPU. Even 1GB RAM is all right for 10-15 players.

That's not true, made $150 in sales in the first days, without an actual playerbase or advertising, just by posting it on server lists. I don't know from where you get your statistics, but is still really popular.

It isn't exclusive to one person, but that shouldn't affect your server since I don't get many sales.
