Heya, I'm cookieXL and I have had a passion for making Minecraft-related GFX and/or graphics for around 4 years now. I am from the Netherlands, but I'm capable of speaking and writing in fluent English. As I've said above, I've been keeping myself busy with Minecraft-themed designing for quite a while now and I'm learning new things and styles every month, which allows me to keep up with any of the most recent trends and styles a customer may want.

1. Either the full price or 50% must be paid before I start working on your profile picture.
2. You may not cancel the order if I already started.
3. Charging back payments is strictly not allowed.
4. You may not claim my work as your own.
5. I hold the rights to add everything to my portfolio (if you don't want me to add the work I mad for you to my portfolio, please tell me beforehand)
6. You may only request a refund if you have a valid reason.
7. I am allowed to charge a fee if you want any changed made (Only after 2/3 changes usually).
