We’re looking for:
Helpers- Be the friendly face of ElmLands!
- Assist players with general questions and in-game support
- Help with chat moderation and community engagement
- No experience? No problem! Just bring a helpful attitude.
Moderators- Keep ElmLands a safe and welcoming environment
- Handle player reports and moderate the chat
- Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth server experience
- Previous moderation experience is a plus!
Senior Moderators- Lead and mentor a team of Mods
- Deal with more complex situations and escalate where necessary
- Help shape server policies and guide the staff team
- Proven leadership skills preferred!
Admins (Depending on Experience)- Take charge of server operations and the staff team
- Manage server configurations and make critical decisions
- Collaborate on exciting server features and events
- Extensive server management experience required!
Developers (Depending on Experience)- Bring your coding skills to life on our server!
- Develop new features, plugins, and customizations for ElmLands
- Familiarity with Java and Minecraft server dev is a must!
- Help optimize the server for a seamless experience!
