You are expecting to have a team of almost 10 people working for you for no pay, this to me is just ridiculous.
I don't understand why you would think that people will invest months of their best years to you while getting nothing in return for now and possibly ever if you don't manage to get the server to profit, which to be honest is very likely if you are not paying your team.
I would like you to think for yourself, if you would even think about working for a team for no pay and even when the server starts to profit, split the profit with around 10 people.
I hope you understand what I am talking about, and I wish you best of luck with finding people, but I wouldn't ever be interested in working under these terms.[DOUBLEPOST=1634053900][/DOUBLEPOST]I would also remove the [PAID] mark at the title, because this is just a clickbait for people to fall into, this is obviously not a paid position.

Hey Dori! I understand what you mean and I know someone like you with a lot of experience wouldn't take this offer, however, I am mainly trying to employ devs that do not have any experience and might be trying to build up a portfolio.
