I appreciate both of your opinions!The one thing that irks me about this is that you can't call your service team reputable until you actually gain reputation. Even if the individuals have a respectable background, its about the team and how it functions together that determines its reputability.
Other than that, looks like a service team. Not a whole lot separating them right now. Maybe if your team has more experienced staff that's something you can build upon to establish a contrast between you and your competitors.

Product was delivered on time and working exactly as intended. Will order from here again.
