This resource doesn't work with default spigot. You have to use any kind of PaperSpigot with PotionEffectEvent support (eg. MineSpigot). We also offer our custom spigot you can download at Lazarus HCF Core resource Dependencies tab.

. So there's no need for src really unless you have big plans, but that's just not gonna happen as he doesn't want to risk his plugin and all his code being leaked to everyone. Which won't happen if he just sells jar like this..
