Hey everyone,
We're currently looking for an experienced Factions Developer to help us build a server that players will actually enjoy and stick around for.

What we're looking for​

• Complete Factions setup
• Custom systems and unique features
• Balanced economy and progression
• Clean, professional-looking configurations
• Someone who understands what makes a Factions server successful

Version​

We're mainly aiming for 1.21+, but we're open to discussing older versions if they fit the project better.

About the Project​

• Our previous server reached 100 concurrent players with only a single gamemode.
• The goal is to expand into a network with multiple gamemodes.
• We're building for long-term growth, not a quick cash grab.
• We want a Factions experience that stands out from the hundreds of generic servers out there.

Payment​

We're offering a revenue share / partnership opportunity.
Instead of a one-time payment, you'll receive a percentage of the server's revenue after launch. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of the project long-term and grow alongside us.

Ideal Candidate​

• Experienced with Factions servers
• Comfortable with plugin configuration and server systems
• Has a good sense of design and player experience
• Can contribute ideas and help shape the server
