Build Team Lead Expectations To lead, instruct and inspire a team of builders To oversee construction projects from concept to completion To coordinate with server admins to ensure smooth project implementation To maintain high standards of creativity and craftsmanship across the team Build Team Lead Requirements Extensive experience in Minecraft building Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a team, alongside others Ability to cooperate Ability to set deadlines and meet said deadlines Builder Expectations Complete build tasks in accordance to project plans and specifications Follow instructions provided by the Build Managers A professional attitude and high quality workmanship Ability to provide valuable insight and feedback on build projects Builder Requirements Previous experience with Minecraft building (preferably with build tools too, ex. WorldEdit, VoxelSniper etc.) Strong communication skills Passion for Minecraft and building A desire to contribute and work alongside our community

By featuring traditional elements of a traditional SMP we opt to provide a player-run economy, quality, re-playable, and above all enjoyable content.
Our server is planned to be as free-to-play friendly as possible with all content accessible for free - 0 purchases required We do offer paid ranks as well as vote ranks which hold similar perks to another but do not give a gameplay advantage to those who are ranked and those who are not!
Our players can earn rewards through gameplay - such as completing dungeons (as opposed to purchasing loot crate keys)
Our server is a passion project in which we aim to create and host a collaborative, friendly, and rich environment where team members and players alike can contribute their best efforts to help refine and improve the server one step at a time!

At this moment we are not seeking or offering paid services, as we work on and develop a passion project we are eager to strive and create alongside other passionate and like-minded individuals; though as time moves on compensation will be prioritized as the server grows!- Type
