1. [Hiring] DeluxeMenus /ranks GUI with votes + playtime requirement

Hi there!

I'm looking for someone who can help me configure a DeluxeMenus GUI for my Minecraft server.

Specifically, I want to create a /ranks menu where each rank shows its requirements:
– number of votes (e.g. 2/5 votes)
– playtime (e.g. 4.5/6 hours played)

These values should be pulled from PlaceholderAPI and automatically display in green or red depending on whether the requirement is met.

I already have all plugins installed (VotingPlugin, PlaceholderAPI, DeluxeMenus)
Server version: Paper 1.21.5

Payment via PayPal or other secure methods — price is negotiable.
