Config:
The plugin I have made is called Raid Enhancements, it is a unique plugin that works with FactionsUUID. It's features include:
» New currency - Ability Points »
These are gained through killing other players, the amount of money deposited is dependent on the other player's kill to death ratio.. Ability points are deposited into a bank associated with your faction. These can then be used by raid leaders in the raid menu. Users do /deposit to deposit points into their faction.

» Raid Teams »
When a user creates a faction, they are automatically made the raid leader (this can be assigned to whoever), the raid leader can open up a raid menu, which is a GUI that looks like this. It has all the current online raid members in. The max amount of players in the raid team is 10.
/rm or /raidmenu
/raidteam add <player> - Add a player to the raid team
/raidteam remove <player> - Remove a player from the raid team
/raidteam leader <player> - Set the new raid leader!
/raidteam help - show help menu.
The raid leader can then either give faction wide buffs. Or specific player buffs by clicking on the head of a faction member or just giving the abilities to people, the cost for per player buff is configurable, (it can also be a decimal point). The Player buff menu is also showcased in the video at 6:48
But this is not it.

This feature is not something that I am sure of implementing, as some users might not like it, so there is a copy available without the whole ability system.
On joining you will be greeted and forced to choose an ability. This is demonstrated in the showcase video above.
You then get a Title message looking like this:
The available abilities are the following:
» Withered air » Wither all faction enemies within a configurable radius.
» Strengh » Get strength for a configurable amount of seconds.
» Speed » Get Speed for a configurable amount of seconds.
Abilities are gained with the command /a and give you the "ability tripwire", this is an item that you left click and it activates your ability, abilities can be switched by right clicking the ability tripwire, which opens the ability menu (showcased at 4:00 in the video)
More abilities can be given through console!
/abilitymanager add <ability> (flash, warrior, wither)
