2.1 - You may not open a dispute over the chosen Payment Processor, (PayPal), for any items purchased from Theo J. If you open a dispute, you are claiming that you have either not received a product, received the wrong product, or received a product that was not as described. In any case, you should always directly contact Theo J directly before going to PayPal, as this can resolve most issues.
2.2 - You may not directly charge back on payments through your Credit Card Issuer.
3 - Refunds

4 - Liability
*4.1 - Theo J can not be held liable for anything that occurs to a parent product or service as a result to a product purchased and or downloaded from Theo J. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the product downloaded from Theo J will be compatible with what the buyer intends to use the product with.
*4.2 - Theo J can not be held liable for any data loss, downtime, loss of income, etc. because of a product downloaded and or purchased from Theo J. As stated in article 4.1, it is the responsibility of the client to make sure that the product downloaded from Theo J will be compatible with what the buyer intends to use the product with.
5 - Changes
5.1 - These terms of service may be changed at any time without notice to you, the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to stay up to date with Theo J's terms of service in order to correctly abide to them.
