Could you please provide some physical links, as clients people want to see what they are getting and how it works on their devices. Also it would be helpful to view the code and its efficiency/originality.

Fluent, but your website looks like you tried to copy my boy Travery Media's website from his tutorial https://gyazo.com/cd17be8041d850f3bcf02c947f4ca405 . You literally copied his tutorial but didn't finish it. You used the animate.css library to add a slide in bounce animation which honestly looks bad.
TBH, I know I did for that website, but I am fluent. I made this website before I knew how to use JQuery and the $("h1").addclass("animated bounce")[DOUBLEPOST=1507997346][/DOUBLEPOST]

I'm not going to discredit you, but if you're going to show a website. Show a website that is actually "yours".
That website is mine, I just liked his style. If you look at the difference in the code, its in a totally different order than he does it. I based it off of his site, but used my own skills to develop it.

You know how you improve your skills. Go to Dribble or Behance and search "portfolio" or "website". They have tons of designs you can copy. That's how you improve. I feel like in order for you to start selling something to the public. You have to get better first.[DOUBLEPOST=1507997618][/DOUBLEPOST]
That's a design for you https://dribbble.com/shots/2154825-Stellar-v2/attachments/395155 . If you can remake that. You're good. It's not hard. You just have to break it down.

I can make that in a few hours.

It's not hard to make lol. All you have to do is break down the image. Oh that's a header. Ima add an h1 here and a nav there with some anchor tags here and so on. That's it.
Lmao being a good web developer isn't completely about being good at coding; sure its a part, but the main thing is designing. There was some quote from the dude that made the dilbert comics and he was like "I'm not the best artist, not the best comedian, not the most creative, but I have all these mediocre skills together which makes me different".

What are you doing on about lol. Most web developers hire designers to make them designs. I think you have the word developer and designer mixed up in your mind. A developer? a person or thing that develops something. What is a designer? a person who plans the form, look, or workings of something before its being made or built, typically by drawing it in detail. Developing is all about coding and not designing. Being a web dev and knowing how to design isn't going to land you a job. Yes it beneficial but the only thing they care about is. If we give you a design. Can you code it. Can you learn new frameworks? That's it.
I'm just speaking from my experiences, most clients usually don't have a solid idea of the design and usually it requires improvision. Sure they give things like "I want it to be purple and show this this and that" but if you can't work around peoples ideas it generally might be challenging to get work. And some people get this tendency to start copying designs and that gets tedious. Hiring a web designer for yourself ends up being costly aswell.
