Many may believe that being a helper is the very bottom of the ladder. We at SanitizeMC believe that is wrong. We believe that being a helper is something much greater, the start of something that could be much more - and where better than to do that here?
As a helper you have many jobs to complete. We expect that you have a good understanding of how our server works. This means that when someone is in need of help, you are able to do so.
Helpers should be there for the community to maintain a well balanced sense of order. This means that you should be able to assist users across all of our platforms: in-game and discord.

Moderators have a similar role to play as helpers. Moderators help our servers by enforcing rules - and ensuring that all rule-breakers will receive the correct punishments, according to the guidelines.
