A developer position on my server with payroll every month

I am the owner of a server called AtlasCraft! We feature Factions,GTAMC,Skyblock and more modes soon, we have a full staff team over 15 members, a logo designer, professional server trailer, 3 developers, Custom spawn for each server and a hub that was made by hand, a social media manager and we are now looking for a 4th FULL-TIME developer. You would receive a percentage out of how much money the server makes monthly consistently unless you would like to quit. The contract would require you to give a week's notice before leaving the AtlasCraft network and would require a certain amount on minimum hours per week. This job will pay well and are staff and devs are always open to new people and ideas! Often, developers will request upfront payment - but if you can provide statistics and evidence regarding your turnover, and net profit, then I don't see why anyone would be put-off by this.

Well, the server is releasing next month and we already have content creators on board. I can pay out of pocket but it would be more beneficial if the developer would sign.
