Low balling the crap out of you.

In my opinion of this build:
Not worth a penny. Bring us a complete map and maybe you have your 50 cents.

To summarize all of this, Yes, saying it's worth very little is technically lowballing. However, the harsh truth is that there is practically 0 demand for a build like this. If someone wants to buy it, that's pure luck.
Let's think of it like this. If I was gonna start a server of any kind, what use would it be to buy a single house? It would be way more efficient to buy finished spawns and/or maps.

The only way you can expect to sell this is to make a bunch of houses and sell them as a bundle. If they're good enough, and varied enough, you'll even be able to sell them nonexclusively.[DOUBLEPOST=1464859933][/DOUBLEPOST]Also, those pictures are tiny. They're only slightly larger than my literal thumbnail.
