I would recommend that Keyser Soze changes the title because it is a little misleading. Accounts were indeed locked (ones that were recently migrated or "compromised") it's just that it's not the same term Mojang uses.

Besides, the "-compromised" thing is enough to prove that they were locked.

That would be WAY to unfair, some of those are legit.
In reality, we don't actually know what is happening, we can only guess.

I actually do have one account that was locked and I've never once tried to sell it. So their system I believe is just bullshit.

The pw change wasn't by them, it was my friend. I'm not sure how to tell even.
