I notice when using shoutbox that I and several others use when we are talking to each other, staff have even used it. I would like to suggest it again as it has been almost 4 years since it was first suggested.

We'll be looking to add and a bunch of other reactions to our site in the future for our Ultimate users, but that'll be waiting until after our migration to XF2.
