Hey there MCM!
Emperium is hiring one to two administrators for an upcoming network.
Development is already well on its way, but we need a helping hand. The network will first release a Skyblock map that will run for around three months. A month or two into the season, work will begin on the next undecided gamemode.
Right now, you're wondering how much cash you're gonna get out of this. Unless we find your work to be absolutely extraordinary, I'm sorry to say that administrative positions will not be paid. Should release go well, my partner and I will look into payments for the staff. However, if you possess a strong work ethic and are efficient in completing the tasks we assign you to, you may be paid before release.
The requirements are as follows:
- Configuration Experience
- Experience with Skyblock (if you have knowledge of Factions and Prisons, that's a bonus)
- A microphone
- Professionalism and maturity: I don't care about periods and commas, but 100% of your messages should look professional
- Proactivity: I don't want to have to tell you every single little thing to do. You should be competent enough to figure out what needs to be done and do it.
- Event Management
- Staff & Community Management (having experience in management is great, but we're not solely looking for managers)
- Development experience is a huge plus, but it is in no way required
- Be able to contribute at least 20 hours per week
- No more than two other active projects during development. Once the server releases, you may not work on more than one other project.
