Then I recommend you got to PMC to recruit builders. More chance you'll get free builders there.
On this website there are 2 ways to get work done without paying money for it. Either you trade something for it (services or steam items or some other product), or you get really lucky by encountering someone who's either looking to expand their portfolio by doing something awesome for free or is feeling generous.

You see, the purpose of this website is to be a marketplace. meaning buying selling and trading is what's done here. PMC is a better option for free stuff because people are looking more for free stuff there.
