Until you change your assets away from nearly clones of MineHQ's Assets no one will be interested, and another factor is HCF is a dying gamemode, has been for years now and the community is starting to die because of it like UHC, MCSG etc, Ultimately there's no way you'll ever make it past a pebble host server.

As harsh as this is, he's completely right. If you're wanting to make a server you're going to have to get creative with ideas and custom features. Servers have been a thing for as long as I can remember so it's a hard task to make a new Network and go anywhere with it.

I hope you don't see this as me trying to trash your thread or be a prick to you, just trying to give you some advice. You can try making a HCF server but I doubt it'll go anywhere; some of the big server's HCF are dying out as well.
