You might want to sell just that one as a Koth, a Koth with impenetrable hills around it is useless

a KOTH is basically an open-ended arena with a central point that different factions want to capture. The idea is that they're placed in a terrain map near spawn and players can walk in anytime to try to capture the point. (it translates as "king of the hills
