Huge Vouch for AnvilNode. When I first heard of them I thought they were the run of the mill hosting trying to make a quick buck. But boy was I wrong. Their service and hardware exceeds that of the Bigger over used hosting.
One example is:
The major difference from switching from my Other Host I had a 6gb server that was almost at max resources and Now I have a 2gb server and I'm only using 3-7% of my resources. Just to Note I only have 20 Plugins.
Quick Summery:
I will continue and will righteously recommend AnvilNode to anyone who is starting or needs a server with good hardware and no lag.

AnvilNode--I found it from a friend and was told that they were a new hosting company. I thought in my mind "Oh great, another small wanna be company." I bought a server from them and was impressed! So then I purchased 10GB of RAM with them and I have had no problems! Also, the live-chat support is the best I have ever dealt with and I definitely give this server hosting company a 10/10.

Wow, what can I say, extremely fair pricing on everything, staff team are fast to reply, and extremely helpful / friendly. I used one of the trials to test out, everything seems smooth. I emailed them about a dedicated server, and I had A LOT of questions (first time using dedicated hosting, I'm used to using shared.) They answered them all, and quickly.

I will be relocating my servers to Anvilnode once my current contract expires.

I've been using them for my setup server and they have not failed me at all! There was never a downtime on my server, and the status on my server is just fantastic! No lag at all, just pure awesomeness! And I can't say much about there customer service but it being very fast to respond to the clients and so on.

Vouch. Honestly was a little wary when buying as Anvilnode is not a huge name in terms of showing up on front pages of google uk, but i was not let down and everything went fairly well. Some issues with my emails though, not sure what's up there but the live help was beyond excellent. I was speaking to someone called Tom and he was super helpful and quick. Also fairly fast ticket reply from Hugh. Hopefully things stay like this and no problems, i'm sure there won't be many if any.

Vouch, I purchased a 3GB server and they helped me with any issues I had perfectly. Hasn't been any downtime and performance is 9.5/10 the TPS is constantly at 20 TPS usually and I am planing on upgrading it to 6 GB when I release it.

The internet connection to my server is absolutely amazing as well. My ping is usually between 18ms to 38ms which is pretty phenomenal if you as me. My server's TPS is usually at 20.0 most of the time and, the lowest I've ever seen it was around 19.95 TPS which is still pretty amazing too.

When I first visited Anvilnode's website, I was a little skeptical at first...I won't lie lol! What attracted me was their beautiful website design. Everything was well organized and had all the right information a first time visitor would need to get started. What really made me unsure at first was their Minecraft plans and prices. I won't lie in the beginning I said to myself, this almost seems too good to be true but, now that I'm a client everything they're selling is 100% legit.

Don't hesitate to choose this host, I'm very happy that I didn't go elsewhere...thank you Anvilnode!

Alright here's my experience with Anvilnode, currently I am in the 1gb gold plan with other 40 plugins and usually running with 4-10 players.

Performance: 4.5/5

Startup
When I used to host the server off of my home, start-up would take 2-3 minutes, after I moved to AnvilNode Startup is at least 3x faster than before which means server restarts don't take so long.

Running
So far the performance has been nothing but perfect. Even when I'm running 40 plugins and 4-10 players, obviously there will be lag here and there but that is expected from running off of a 1gb server. My server has not ever been down because of AnvilNode, (expect when plugins screw up). The TPS Always averages out around 19 and sometimes may drop down to 17 here and there but isn't something too serious. In general AnvilNode has really promised premium performance very well.


Support: 5/5
The live chat support is the best I've seen so far, within seconds of requesting help a staff member already joined my conversation. My question was resolved quickly and fast without any confusion. Although one small room of improvement was when I was chatting the staff member, it felt like he/she didn't want to be there. I hadn't had the chance to try out the ticket support, but so far it has been great!

I believe the plan I was paying was raised to $4 from $2.50 but I am still paying the original monthly price (which I suppose is good). There are currently 2 different types of plans, A standard plan and a gold plan. I haven't had the chance to try out the standard plan yet. One thing I would like to criticise is when the price plans were changed without notice, even though I'm still paying the original price, I wish there was a notice in advanced to notify current server owners that prices will be changed. I'm not sure if there was a notification but I didn't see one.

Suggestions
I don't have much suggestions on this already perfect host, but you guys should have a trial/demo plan for server owners wanting to test how your service is like.


Overall, my expierence with anvilnode has been truely awesome, it really did feel like a premium service and I look forward to continue my server with AnvilNode!

Correct. All plans that were purchased at $2.5/GB were upgraded to Gold free of charge and are grandfathered in--no change in price will occur for you.
