Huge Vouch for AnvilNode. When I first heard of them I thought they were the run of the mill hosting trying to make a quick buck. But boy was I wrong. Their service and hardware exceeds that of the Bigger over used hosting.
One example is:
The major difference from switching from my Other Host I had a 6gb server that was almost at max resources and Now I have a 2gb server and I'm only using 3-7% of my resources. Just to Note I only have 20 Plugins.
Quick Summery:
I will continue and will righteously recommend AnvilNode to anyone who is starting or needs a server with good hardware and no lag.

Wow, what can I say, extremely fair pricing on everything, staff team are fast to reply, and extremely helpful / friendly. I used one of the trials to test out, everything seems smooth. I emailed them about a dedicated server, and I had A LOT of questions (first time using dedicated hosting, I'm used to using shared.) They answered them all, and quickly.

I will be relocating my servers to Anvilnode once my current contract expires.

Vouch for these people, they are amazing at what they do. You won't find anything of this quality anywhere else.

I've been using them for my setup server and they have not failed me at all! There was never a downtime on my server, and the status on my server is just fantastic! No lag at all, just pure awesomeness! And I can't say much about there customer service but it being very fast to respond to the clients and so on.

On your website I still get a notification that you have an active sale going on. However, from what I can tell, the month of May is over. IF If I were to use these discount codes would they still be valid?

As your "review" seems to jump from different topics without any clear arguments, I'm only going to address the direct accusations to prevent other potential customers taking over misleading information from your post.

Support team is decent, they get back to you within 1 day. Just kidding, that's a long time, especially if you have technical errors that you need help on immediately or very quickly to avoid the server having to be closed (which happened multiple times already).

This is far from true. You seem to miss a lot of important stuff here.

As you can see, we always responded within minutes until the ticket was forwarded to the owner of the company due to the topic of the ticket. If you're going to share a story, might as well giveaway all the details, right? You should also mention in your review that you threatened to sue us?

On Friday, the server needed to be backup'd. I asked very politely for a backup. They said they only do backups on Hardware failures. Are you kidding? A HUGE promotion on getting the Gold Plan is that you get 'Twice Daily Backups'! Awesome! Well guess what, you can't really even get backups. When I used this hosting in November, you could!
This isn't a secret. It's publicly disclosed in our terms of service.
The reason why we did this in November and not now is because we've grown a lot. We were forced to adapt our backup system to be able to hold all the TB's of backups we have.

Live Chats rarely happen now which is also an issue with support.
It's not an issue. Livechat isn't a thing because our ticket response times are almost similar. Tickets are easier for us to handle and give us more time to look into your issue properly.

Prices have pretty much doubled since before. It is ridiculous. The hosting has really given some benefits away and they are just not there.
The pricing hasn't doubled. We offer the same amount of GB for the same price we did previously. The only difference is that the Gold servers have some better features. You were still on the old pricing scheme and you were enjoying all features for the price of an Anvil server so I feel like you've put this in your review just to talk down on us.

I really hope you all make the right decision not to go with this hosting. Also, not just that, I was suggested to manually backup the server. I can't when the 'Download' Button doesn't even work on Multicraft.

The download button in Multicraft is meant to be used when you create a backup through Multicraft yourself. It's not broken, you just didn't have any Multicraft backups.

A complete joke, I would never use again. Already leaving this hosting after only being with them for under a week. No partial refund, something to keep me in, NOTHING!
Why would we refund you? We did our part. You're unhappy because you weren't informed about our backup system. Our refund policy is extremely clear too. We have a no questions asked refund policy of 48 hours. You've also had your server for 10 days at the time of that ticket, not "under a week".

All I got was 'Good luck with your next host'. Obviously they don't care about their customers and they just gave it up.
We do, hence why we're wishing you good luck. You were extremely disrespectful and threatened to sue us. If you're going to send out threats and rude responses, don't expect us to be nice towards. It's how the world works.

Overall, we're one of the most respected hosts on this forum. We're well known on SpigotMC.org too. This is only because we strive to offer a high quality service. We have many positive reviews which back this up (see here). In your case, your server got griefed, you lost your progress and data and you're trying to put it onto our shoulders.

I've never used them but from going on how the brand is represented, i'd say they're a decent host to be fair. I'll probably check you guys out soon! :tup:
