ASkyBlock Customizations per Island ($200)

I'm looking for a developer who can make askyblock plugins to achieve the following:
1) ASkyBlock world border plugin that displays a visual world border depending on which island your on. Must work with the plugins latest version we're currently using.

2) Add a Floating island spawning pad that has a bridge connecting to player's newly generated island. This floating island spawning pad has worldguard to disable block breaking/placing and player dmg until the player passes over the bridge to their island.

3) Add ability to have player expand their island's world borders by paying ingame money. This option is accessible through /is as a GUI. Also, this expansion is automatically applied depending on the player's paid rank. Config.yml file would let me set ranks and their scale. Max island size being 400x320

4) Currently ASkyBlock lets you visually see other player's islands. Want this ability disabled. Also, the spacing between islands increased.

5) The ability for players to /is vote while visiting player's islands. Typing /is top shows list of weekly/monthly/all-time top islands with images of player's heads. When player clicks the head icon they are teleported to that player's island.

Budget is around $200. If you can do this for less, great! If you're able to deliver on this there are more jobs we can have you work on.

I haven't touched the plugin in months but I'm fairly sure that's in its configuration.
