There are plans for an american release - Australia is going to be making sure the server is perfect before this happens, which might be of interest to the Americans reading this!

1.8.8 is totally boring now so i eventually converted the server from 1.8.8 to 1.16 and perhaps the new blocks, mobs and features are worth it. The server will stay current with minecraft releases.

Will you be paid?
Eventually, it is likely you will be paid for your efforts. As this is a small server project it would be good if you were just interested in making perhaps the best australian factions server (there's a lot of potential growth over here and no competition from faction servers, only survival / skyblock ones.) My motivation for this entire thing was to bring factions to my country, because the servers here are a bit lacking.
