Balanced ADMIN SHOP, JOBS, TOWNY, MCMMO Economy

Hello my name is Doctor,

I am looking for someone to help me with some configuration in regards to Jobs, Towny, and McMMO's economy in relation to an Admin Shop I am looking to set up. As of late, I have received many complaints from players saying that the economy is not balanced, however, I am not available all the time to observe the economy in action or to remove this issue. That is why I am looking for someone to take time out of their schedule to help me. I will PAY for this service as I know it is a chore.
