Ban Plugin for a Bungee Network Server

When the user is banned it should automatically send that user to the ban / Anarchy server they will not be allowed to join any other server on our network until they are unbanned this would work with bungee cord

I would like this to work like the VeltPvP plugin does as well as the Performium networks ban plugin
