Well what I'm saying is if a user is found to be a ban evader and their scam report has sided in their favor, just ban both members.
Well he should be allowed to open the scam report but other than that nothing else. Once the scam report has concluded he should be banned.

Anyways, I think this is not a good idea. As long as they were on McM, it should be fine. That way it prevents scamming of banned users.
And about avsterbone's thing about the banned users get power, if someone has a life sentence in jail, and they assault you, nothing changes. If you assault someone in jail, you go to jail. It makes sense in the real world to.

The server was made before Tri was banned and they have used people from MCM including myself to build his server
Well in that case that report does involve McM. If it didn't, it should've never been accepted. That should be how all non-McM deals go.

Well Tri should still be banned once the report is closed. Nobody gets a get out of jail free card for simply making a scam report.
