Banning or blacklisting a user from your resources

Hello, with this suggestion the authors of the resources should be able to ban/blacklist a user from being able to see or purchase a specific resource.

This can already be done:

• I want to make sure a specific user cannot purchase my resource(s). How do I do this?

Give them a license beforehand, and then disable that license. Or if they have already made a purchase and had it refunded one way or another, disable the existing license. They will not be able to purchase or download any resource which they have a disabled license for.

Make it so you can paste a list of usernames or member IDs (user1, user2, user3, etc.) so you can mass block users from public lists too.
